For our guests, depending on the package chosen (half-board or full-board), access to the restaurant service is included. Additionally, all our guests can enjoy the mini club service and Vitalpina Spa & Wellness for a stay full of relaxation and entertainment.
Even external guests are welcome and can enjoy our restaurant’s delightful offerings and relax in our exclusive Vitalpina Spa.

During the winter season, we offer our guests a free shuttle service that takes you to the ski lifts and returns you to the hotel in the morning and afternoon (SHUTTLE TIMETABLE). Additionally, you can store your ski equipment in convenient private and climate-controlled lockers for maximum comfort and security.

• What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is from 2pm, check-out is by 10am.
• Do you have a shuttle service? Yes, and it’s free to and from the ski lifts at flexible times (during winter).
• Can we pay upon arrival? Yes, of course.
• What languages are spoken at the reception? We speak Italian, English, and German.
• How many floors does the building have? Is there an elevator? There are 5 floors, and the building is equipped with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, and romantic rooms? Yes, Suites, Junior Suites, and Superior rooms are available upon request.
• How far are the ski lifts and the town center from the hotel? 300 meters.
• Do the rooms have a balcony? Some do, others do not. Available upon request.
• Do you have non-smoking rooms? All rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms? Do you offer international channels (satellite or cable TV)? Yes, satellite TV is available in all rooms.
• Is there a direct phone line in the rooms? Yes, there is an external phone line.
• Is there a pool? What are the opening hours? Yes, in winter the pool is open from 10:30 am to 12 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm. In summer, it is open from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
• Is there parking or a garage available? Yes, both are available, but the garage is on request and subject to a fee.
• What is the nearest airport? The nearest airports are Orio Al Serio (BG) 127 km away, and Verona Valerio Catullo 177 km away.
• Do you provide airport transfer services? No, we do not offer this service, but there are transfer services available Fly Ski Shuttle
• What is the nearest bus stop? The nearest public bus stop is 50 meters away.
• What is the nearest train station? The nearest stations are Mezzana (21 km from the Pass) and Edolo (30 km from the Pass).
• Do you accept pets? No, unless pre-approved at the time of booking (8 euros per day) only for standard rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the hotel? Yes.
• Can I connect my modem to the internet from my room? No, this is not possible.
